Q and Q+ if you are watching. Please investigate FEMA insurance policies. a) it is a monopoly. b) premiums on homes are based on all previous damage under previous owners. Many are losing homes due to rising costs in premiums. Wrote to my congressman, wrote on WH website but forwarded to FEMA to send a letter themselves blowing off what they do. Help?
