I'd have to go back, but I don't think this "consent agreement" was mentioned in Horowitz's IG report last summer…someone correct me if I'm wrong. I recall they simply mentioned that the agents in question "weren't authorized" to view any other emails than those directly related to the email investigation…so someone withheld this information from Huber or outright lied.

To be honest, always thought the tobacco flavors were shit…probably would've went back to cigs if it weren't for the other flavors.
