Over the years congress has been neutered by the bush/Clinton/Hussein cabal and lost much of their constitutional powers. Through this vote on National Emergency Trump is fixing the problem by forcing congress to stand up for itself and take back its constitutional role of power of the purse. Trump and team are like the founding fathers to some degree, fixing things that others don't even know is/are broken.
