Q has told us that the army corps of engineers will be building the wall. Well if the emergency declaration is overturned what will he do then? What if POTUS is planning on the emergency being overturned? What if this was to set the stage to return the balance of power to the people? Strip some power from future Presidents to ensure people’s voices are heard so to speak.

POTUS has recently talked about declaring drug cartels terrorist organizations. What powers would be afforded to our President and military if the United States were under direct attack from terrorist organizations? What type of action would he be able to have the military take? You all probably already know where I’m going. Good day anons.
