She's an intellectual lightweight who uses a bullying, school marm approach to get her policies through, regardless of any intellectual rigour. Most of her sabinet is used to the bullying of their Public School Matrons so they just fold. But she's a bad leader with few, if any, leadership skills. She knows how to shove from behind but hasn't a clue how to lead so that others are willing to follow.
