They are in high demand because no one would challenge the corrupt government in Haiti to ask about them after they go missing. The Clinton Foundation had set up major operations there to make it all happen.
The American humanitarian aid worker who was down there caught on to the operation being run by the CF and Hillary had her killed.

I'm tapped out on guesses. I'd bet that all of our ideas so far touch on what's really going on there in SOME way. People who found out what was going on were killed. And Hillary's frontwoman was exonerated, then she changed her name and now has a whole new life. The whole thing was covered up and the MSM barely mentioned it. No investigation at all into what else might have happened there afterwards. It was as though it never happened. Hillary and Big Pharma covered their tracks very well there.
