Your mind is yours to rule, depression is sometimes self hate, feeling powerless. Repeated thoughts, habit. Not meeting abligations.
If you don't get outside, if you don't eat right you be blue.
Try one thing for change, take a walk for 30 minutes, look at the world, find the positive, it doesn't rain everyday, look for the sun, put a smile on. I know this works because I had depression most of my life, I just said enough is enough, be happy, understand that life is a series of sad events and joyful ones, it just is. You deside how you go through life. Sorry for preaching.
