Sometimes what we interpret as depression is really frustration, combined with a sense that we are powerless to change all the really bad things we see happening. Frankly, given what most of us Anons know to be true, it's not surprising that so many of us experience these feelings. Please know that many of us have struggled with the same feelings you are describing. There are many good suggestions from anons who have responded to your post. Sometimes you have to walk away for a while and focus on restoring joy to your life. Turn off the TV, put away your laptop and phone. Go for a walk, read a good book, watch old movies, eat well, exercise and try to do something nice for someone else each day. Try to avoid negative people and situations. It won't take long before you are back here with a renewed sense of purpose, steadied by a firm belief that life will be better for everyone after the Great Awakening.
