Miko Peled: The Zionists’ Fight Extends Beyond Palestine

Miko Peled highlights the campaign by pro-Israel groups to overwhelm the Labour Party into submission and bring about the fall of Corbyn by using a barrage of anti-Semitism accusations.

LONDON — The Zionists’ suppression of freedoms extends beyond Palestine, particularly when it comes to freedom of speech about Israel. Zionist agents, planted in centers of power around the world, are busy silencing those who would criticize Israel. Using an array of highly effective methods, they have been successful at getting laws passed by legislators, getting major political figures falsely accused of making anti-Semitic statements, and establishing a new, Zionist-manufactured definition of what it means to be anti-Semitic.

Earlier this year the United States Senate passed Resolution S-1 that gives the federal government the right to penalize anyone calling to boycott Israel. Then — being a black, Muslim woman who dared to challenge the patriarchy, white supremacy, and Zionism and thus alienate the Washington establishment — Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was targeted and accused of anti-Semitism.

As I had reported in 2017 and again in 2018, this disturbing political witch hunt is not limited to the U.S. In the U.K., members of the Labor Party, including the leader Jeremy Corbyn, have been under attack for several years, with the latest targets being MP Chris Williamson of the U.K. Labour Party and journalist Asa Winstanley. They are latest of a long list of members of the party who have been suspended from the party because of bogus accusations of anti-Semitism.

The Russians Hacked My Movie Review! Anti-Gamergater Calls For Anti-Troll Laws

Do you remember last October when the Russians were blamed for the latest SJW-infused Star Wars movie receiving bad reviews? Very similar to how Netflix had to scrap their 1-5 star rating system when Amy Schumer's Leather Special completely bombed. Whether it's the crappy all-female reboot of Ghostbusters tanked to the tune of at least $70 million in losses. Seems whenever a socially conscious film flops the go-to explanation is trolls (generally described as Alt-Right, Russian or both, depending on the need). Well, thanks to anti-Gamergater and thankfully failed Congressional candidate Brianna Wu we've "started a conversation" about the need to crack down even more on the internet and freedom of speech.

I mean, God forbid, maybe these movies were overhyped and, dare I say it, just not that good? Feminist publication The Mary Sue decried the fact that all the negative reviews of the film were by men. Proof positive of the patriarchy and their nefarious conspiracy, right? Well, not quite considering some big name reviewers from Us Weekly, Associated Press, Time magazine and the women's pop culture and entertainment outlet Culturess (all of whom incidentally happened to be women) panned the flick.

Culturess' Kristen Lopez complains that the film was "hobbled by the corporation using it for their selfish purposes." Laura Clifford of Reeling Reviews called "a boring mishmash of ideas." Mara Reinstein complains that it's better "as an amusing fill-in-the-blanks Marvel backstory provider than a confident, stand-alone tale of a woman discovering her fierceness." AP's Lindsey Bahr believes that the "first female-led movie of the MCU deserved more." Thrillist's Esther Zuckerman points to the "almost muddled" action sequences and denies that there were "any truly thrilling, resonant moments." Not sure if these women are bots, Russian, alt-right or trolls, but it's possible to have an opinion about a bad movie with women without actually being a hateful misogynist.

Israel strikes Gaza in reprisal for 2 rocket launches

Israeli aircraft bombed the Gaza Strip after two rockets allegedly fired from there targeted Tel Aviv. No casualties were reported in the rocket attack.

Explosions were reported in Khan Younis, on the south side of the Gaza Strip, early on Friday local time. Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said it was striking “terrorist targets.”

The attack comes after two missiles were registered incoming from the Gaza Strip on Thursday evening, with air-raid sirens going off in Tel Aviv. Initial reports said the Israeli Iron Dome defense system shot down one of the missiles, while the other hit an open area, but the IDF later denied them, RT’s Paula Slier reported.

The Israeli government has called for diplomats from Qatar and Egypt to leave Gaza “as soon as possible,” Slier reported, adding that Gaza was bracing for retaliatory airstrikes. Hamas, the Islamist movement that runs Gaza, has reportedly evacuated many of its buildings and declared an emergency.

Former ICE Chief: Senate Vote a ‘Morale-Killer’ for Border Patrol and ICE

Tom Homan, former head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hit out at the 12 Republican senators who voted to terminate President Donald Trump’s national border emergency on March 14.

“It’s a morale-killer for the Border Patrol and for ICE,” Homan told The Epoch Times. “I don’t think these 12 senators understand how important border security is to this country. They say they support border security, but their talk is talk, they need to walk the walk.”

He challenged the 12 senators to “wear the uniform and stand on that border for a week, then come back and say a wall’s not needed.”

The 12 Republicans that joined all 47 Democrats to pass the measure are Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), Sen. Susan Collins (R-Me.), Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah), Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Sen. Patrick Toomey (R-Miss.), and Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.).
