Just practice baked, timing's getting better. My Fresh Bread post landed the same time as yours. Not ready for prime time, but getting better. The weird housekeeping stuff is actually the most intimidating thing, what I'm working on now, watching the breads.

Have you tried collecting notes during a ghost bake? I've been doing that for over a month, so that part is now second nature. Except when anons post 5 pictures with no text (because it's "obvious" what the pics mean! haha….)
