William McGlashan Jr., the Mill Valley man charged in a college admissions bribery scandal this week, has been fired from the $103 billion investment fund where he was a leading executive, the company said Thursday.
TPG, a global firm based in Fort Worth and San Francisco, said McGlashan was “terminated for cause from his positions.”
