I've heard that for every 10K of income you should plan to spend 1 month of time 'finding' a new job. Depending on your situation, plan to spend some time finding a new job and suck it up until you are whole on the other side. Meaning, do NOT put yourself / family in jeopardy for some BS SJW job. Eat the pain and get an exit plan, with a smile. Love them while you plan to leave them.
