Not sure what you're trying to imply. All the cars along th street do not mean they were all inside the mosque. The building looks bigger from the outside. There may have been other buildings attached to it.
As for the vgun light, he said in the car that he encounter so many at first that he had to drop his bag. Likely, in his panic he activated the strobe too early. Said he thought he left a full magazine back there. Hard to hear all he said.
Additionally, his car matches the car a news reporter video'ed of the police capturing him.
