Haitian children are desired because THEY ARE EASY TO GET. Haiti has/had one of the most corrupt adoption programs around. Haiti hasnt been in the Hague Adoption Convention that long and they, and Guatemala, had their adootion program shut down at one time.

I can understand why they would suicide if this vid involves eating a child. Maybe their punishment should be turning them over to the Haitian parents.
