I said this last bread. There are correlations between increased melanin and behavioral patterns normally associated with races with higher melanin. Is it too far out of the realm of possibility that they have been creating a problem to fix with the SSRI's that we already think might be a sort of control drug? Top that off with the bioelectrical connections another anon found and we have some biochemical population control that would fly completely under the radar.
I'm not saying that it's necessarily for money. Would it be cheaper/easier to kidnap children from a nation with too many children and no one else who gives a fuck, or use time and resources to develop it in bacterial cultures? I'm mainly talking about the population control/browning of America concept. Blacks or races with high melanin content are mentally retarded IQ wise (on average) compared to an average white or asian, and much easier to control with ease of sex (things like Tinder and social media hookups) and lack of forethought, and easier to bring to violence in (((their))) time of need.
