If melanin really is a good for store or conduct electr. than it is perfect to test for implants, chips so they can go inside without actual battery.
Btw Haiti, Alex Jones talked a lot about HC going to Haiti mostly before election, because she believes these spirit BS is working. Not sure about religion in Haiti, but it seems not christian. Maybe the cabal prefers non-christian kids. Guessing.
