I was a theatre major once, so to say that theatre major girls are high strung is like saying that the sky is blue, grass is green, etc. Theatre girls are there because they need that "creativity" so that they can either not focus on everything that made them high strung, or to use it all as therapy sessions.

You gotta make your peace with God on sex. I can't do that for you. You can't get with this chick unless you have peace with God on sex, period. If you don't have that peace, she'll subconsciously detect that, and she'll use sex to rip you apart, as she makes you her emotional target, and takes her rage out on you in the most subtle and overt of ways.
She wants intimacy but only through sex, because it's all she knows, but also, because she needs a sort of distance between herself and her sex partner, so that she doesn't get too close and risk getting burned. She thinks that by offering you sex, you'll go ahead and magically stablize her emotional rollercoaster, all the while being her target.
If she's willing to wait on sex, then it's her admitting that she's crying for help. Whether or not you're supposed to help is something I don't know. Make your peace with God on sex before dealing with this particular issue.

I can see how dirty people are (especially women), so seeing women and people drives me nuts. I can see how sexually dirty they are, and it disgusts me, even if they are hot. If God gives you the green light to be with this chick, be in control the sex situation. Don't control her to get what you want, but gently lead her through all this, and be in control of your own sex drive. When she wants to jump ahead sexually, you be in control of yourself, and just SLOWLY work through sexuality, going from base to base very slowly. It'll drive her nuts, but it'll also make you irresistable, and will cause her to either run away, or fall for you hard. If she doesn't run away, then nudge all that baggage out of her. Slowly.
