What are they waiting for? The elephant in the room can't get much bigger.
Their window is closing.. they could cause POTUS trouble by forcing Q into the open on their terms.
Patriots in control. But POTUS is being extraordinarily conservative/patient.
A cornered animal can be very dangerous. Most are still asleep.
The right sequence of events.. say a FF on themselves (HRC or Obama) could really change the dynamics.
