If you respect and search for truth then assume that your feelings of helplessness demonstrate that you are a casualty of 4GW. Understand that POTUS/Q and all their PATRIOTS ARE IN CONTROL and have your back. Rather than pinning a huge Purple Heart on yourself for everyone to see, step forward and engage the enemy on the front lines.
