Confession: While making a documentary about famous musicians of the 20th century, producers interviewed a man who was very close to this permanent A+ list musician. They just wanted background on the life of the musician, but ended up getting told that the A+ list musician was murdered and he knew who did it. The musician's death has always been considered accidental, but apparently this man has some evidence to suggest otherwise and now the producers have switched to an entirely different documentary. Brian Jones (best known as the founder and the original leader of the Rolling Stones)

Shane Sparks, convicted pedophile/former network reality judge raped a girl who was way underage for years. She wasn’t even a teen. He barely did any jail time. Not only is he back working on Hollywood productions, but also running smaller gigs, in a neighboring state. He has even been posting pictures to social media of the underage teen girls who work for him. Nobody seems to care, or do anything about it.

So You Think You Can Dance Man Shane Sparks Gets Jail Time in Underage Sex Case

by NATALIE FINN | Tue., Aug. 16, 2011 5:00 PM

The hip-hop choreographer who used to showcase his talents on So You Think You Can Dance pleaded no contest today to one felony count of unlawful intercourse with a minor under the age of 16 and was sentenced to 270 days in jail.

It could have been worse, though.

By cutting a deal, Sparks, 42, is no longer facing eight additional felony counts stemming from allegations that he had multiple inappropriate sexual encounters between July 1994 and April 1997 with a girl who was no older than 15. (she was 12)

He pleaded not guilty on all counts in March 2010, with lawyer Steve Meister telling E! News, "These allegations did not come out of the blue, they came from outer space. They came from another solar system."

But Sparks, who's been free on bail since being arrested in December 2009, was sent rocketing back to earth today.

He was not immediately taken into custody, but has to complete his 270-day jail sentence within the next 365 days. Sparks was also placed on five years' formal probation and ordered to complete 52 sex-offender counseling sessions.

During his probationary period, he's not allowed to be around a female minor without another adult present, per L.A. Superior Court Judge Martin Herscovitz.
