Bizarre coincidence, but digging into wikileaks emails and found these with the subject line: Urgent Q.

They talk about flying in 2 babies from Haiti to Boston and making sure they have the required documents. Sounded like they were using the State Dept. to forge travel documents and get the kids out. The spelling and spacing in the subject line changes too. Seems like a code.
