The action by POTUS sends the measure back to Congress, where the House, controlled by the Democrats, is expected to take it up again on March 26. But it's predicted the chamber will not have enough votes to override the veto.

4) The House is expected to attempt a veto override on March 26. Based on the last vote, they need 285 yeas to override. They were 40 votes short last time.
