Since POTUS signed the veto, the wall will be built. Congress APPROVED spending on the wall- they were in such a rush, their language/terms are vague- with the exception of the dollar amount. Does this mean congress will want the remaining $$ from the military back into their original budget? Bad optics for them. Well played, POTUS!
