I just watched an excellent documentary that came out two weeks ago called "Third Eye Spies" and I highly recommend watching it, or at least checking out their website. Here is the description below from there:

"Third Eye Spies chronicles the lifelong journey of physicist Russell Targ, co-founder of the Stanford Research Institute’s C_A supported ESP research program. Targ’s quest has been to reveal to the world the reality of ESP and the fact every intelligence agency of the U.S. government has used “psi” or what came to be known as “remote viewing” operationally for intelligence gathering against the Soviets and others. This 23-year program had oversight at the very highest levels."

This documentary gave me an interesting idea. We know the C_A's MK project never ended, what if their Stargate project never ended either? What if our intelligence community never abandoned using remote viewing for gathering intelligence?

One of the members of the project from the documentary stated he heard from two sources it never ended. The documentary details dozens of the major accomplishments for the project, it's hard to believe it would just be abandoned, especially in the questionable way that it was officially ended. If white hats continued the project it would certainly explain how Q is always one step ahead, and the meaning behind "Wizards and Warlocks".
