When you make reinforced concrete, you use a steel structure and pour concrete around it. Throw up some forms, pour concrete continuously and you finish a concrete wall in a very short period of time.

What kind of shill idiot would scream "I don't want a foundation, I want a house"?

Maybe this has something to do with Q 'concrete' drops. Maybe we have to speed up production of concrete before we finish the wall? Maybe those who make concrete are people we don't want to enrich right now.

And maybe 'wall' is a metaphor for 'whatever is needed to stop illegal entry including military grade survellance' and you are being a git by imposing straw man requirements just to oppose POTUS. Since when is there only one kind of wall?

Pure sophistry of semantics.

Someone made the concrete mix you buy at Lowes. You need this before you can pour anything.

The question is who would get rich 'making' concrete? Not simply who would get paid to pour it. Anyone can be hired to do that.

Mining limestone, clay, sand, gravel, … oh wait, we don't mine sand, we just dig it… lol

Energy to 'bake' it. Transportation. Logistics of pouring over a great distance. There is a lot of additional cost, and potential to enrich many.

But you sure are clever knowing that we don't make concrete, we simply pour it lol
