I can't speak for everyone, but your assertion is certainly not true of me. I have many reservations about Q and about DJT but, as global politics currently stand, they represent the best chance I have discovered of a return to the rule of law, based on national constitutions, and equal application of the law. In no respect am I being radicalized. A return to normality is what I seek. A normality sought for, and so well expressed by, MLK in his "I have a dream" speech. Where all peoples are accorded equal value and respect, not according to skin colour or religious or political adherence, or any other sub-categorisation, but because of their shared humanity.

I would say it is easier in more homeogenous sociteies but that doesn't mean it is impossible in anything less. After all, the USA is a nation of immigrants of all persuasions. What they shared was a commonn desire to be able to practice their personal beliefs without interference from government.
