Great many Iranians fled the Islamic Republic that emerged from the ashes of the anti-Shah revolution in Iran.
Need more substance behind allegation that someone who fled the Revolution is suspected of being pro-regime today. Or that descendants would be pro-regime.
Think of the MAGA descendants of Cuban exiles. There are such Iranian exiles – first, second, and third generation.
Not saying the default is that they are white hats. Just saying the default is not that they are black hats.
