New bodycam footage shows moment when police captured Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz

Seeing this video come out reminded me of this Q post. I’ve always wondered if Nikolas would be saved, being as we all know he’s as much a victim as any of the other kids. I know not everyone would see it that way, but I do. The sick people that are behind this need to be exposed and stopped.
