you know then. Perplexing that they chose to not listen to you. Have same problem the other way around with parents. They 'know it all' and I even made them alot of money trading. I gave the 'pile' to them-was father as mom was not financially astute and that is fine-and then he proceeded to lose it in about three year's. anecdotal info is always helpful. Helps with the overall picture-in fact that is essential here imo. Did your friends walk away or were they still involved in any way? Asking because usually if a transaction occurs the selling party will stay on in a contract basis however since it was china I can see why they would just want to walk. understand if you do not reply but curious as i recall the transaction. had quite the premium on it at time.
