The POTUS_Schedule post is timestamped prior to what it reported had already occurred. In a post stamped 12:48 PM, POTUS_Schedule said that the AG had authorized the Nat Emerg at 3:42 PM EST. It reported this before it happened. There is a 3-hour discrepancy. How to reconcile?

Time zone difference between the White House and the Prez's Schedule twitter account? Nah.

The AG was in the OO with POTUS that afternoon, see the AG speaking in the tweet timestamped 1:22PM.

Q posted "Marker 1 Complete", at 3:58 PM EST.

What am I missing?

The discrepancy is that the AG was in OO with POTUS and verbally affirmed the Emergency on the Southern Border as the kind of emergency that the President is empowered to declare. He did that around 1:00 PM, as per the tweet that shows him speaking in the OO on this matter.

And the POTUS_Schedule tweet post, which states the AG authorized the declaration, is timestamped 12:48 PM.

But that post stated that authorization was done in the OO at 3:42 PM.

How to reconcile that discrepancy?

Indeed, is AG authorization of a POTUS Declaration of Emergency actually a thing? IDK.

It is interdasting that Marker 1 was in a Q Post in early November 2017. TY Fren for that reminder.
