So, this is probably a stupid question, but is the proof for the 3:42 marker, just that 45_schedule tweet?

I ask because I can't find anything, for myself, outside of that tweet that timestamps Barr(at all, let alone at 3:42). I'm assuming, there was a timestamp on the live veto signing, and the Barr marker ties to that?

Yes, they were in the same time zone, but the tweets are set to pacific, not eastern. A 3 hr. discrepancy.
