Yes anon. All tweets will be timestamped to -7, unless you change your settings on Twitter. I just went through the same problem 30 mins ago.

Twitter is based in Cali, I'd guess everyone's default time-zone settings is -7, for that reason.

I'm EST, and had to change it just 30 mins ago, myself, because all tweets were stamped @default -7.

I'm hoping someone will have a screencap from the(any) live news coverage, with a burned in timestamp(from when it was live @3:30EST) to validate the Barr/3:42 proof further than the 45_schedule tweet.

Haven't turned anything up yet.

Yes anon. All tweets will be timestamped incorrectly for any non-PST users that haven't adjusted their time zone settings on their own accounts end.

Just took another screen, to further illustrate that, as I noticed in the last bread there was a shot of this tweet with the -7 timestamp.
