>Our role is to comfort and protect
This is one of our roles, but it exists in tandem with our other truth-revealing roles. Phrases such as "the truth hurts" means we can't shelter the not-yet-redpilled from all hurt, or else they'll never face the difficult truths needed to be free.
"Normie" here means non-autist, not "not-yet-redpilled."
Autists here have a certain role to play in truth-revealing, and normies here have their role.
Autists have a certain orientation to pattern-recognition, and in seeing/saying the truth no matter how unpopular it is.
Normies usually can't help but see information holistically, within the social context.
This makes redpilled normies better at buffering the non-redpilled from the shock of truth overload, as well as infighting against the typical purist bickering over minutiae that autists can otherwise engage in, so devoted are they to the "truth" that they can get stuck in their own view of it they shut out surrounding information.
But it also makes normies somewhat immune to discovering socially upsetting or paradigm-challenging truths from the get-go. This is where autists excel. It's why they started the chans with that culture in the first place, and why they need to maintain a space like this in order to continue providing that function for society.
This personality/intelligence style used to have universities and monasteries for this work, but as these institutions have been comped by cabal, they retreated here.
We need, as a society, to re-learn how to work together as one body politic, to recognize one another's strengths and weaknesses, not try to create monocultures in all places to suit our own particular style.
