CLARIFICATION ABOUT KENTUCKY & ABORTION

First of all the article that was posted IS NOT TRUE so here are the facts

Kentucky is my state and these are the facts.

Kentucky HAS NOT banned abortion. The 'Fetal Heartbeat Bill' was signed into law late Friday by Governor Matt Bevin after it passed in the Kentucky House on Thursday, HOWEVER a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order to block enforcement of the bill.

The ACLU 'American Civil Liberties Union' was back in federal court in Louisville to challenge the measure Friday March 15th because they immediately filed suit on Thursday anticipating it being signed into law the following day.

The Fetal Heartbeat Law DOES NOT completely 'ban' abortion. Simply stated it would require anyone seeking an abortion to undergo testing to determine if there is a heartbeat, which can be detected as early as 6 weeks. It also provides provisions for exceptions such as the mothers life being in danger.

Kentucky is my state and that's where the issue stands at this time.

I just wanted to clarify the issue because what was posted is not true and it is being highly challenged by the ACLU for the past 2 straight days in federal court.

There are plenty of sources if anyone is interested in seeking the TRUTH. WE ARE THE NEWS NOW:
