DELTA 0 is no longer proof. It is no different than any other delta. This graph shows the deltas across one hour. I've expanded to 3 hours and got similar results. They either neither to start posting more in synchronization so we see a higher concentration to the left or from this perspective, the 0 deltas are just part of a uniform distribution.
