I have just soiled myself.

> short-barrelled .30 cal (i.e. the same cal as the M-1 carbine of WW2 days) makes sense.
>A short-barrelled .308 round? And you need a short-range gun for a long-range round exactly why?
>Ought buck in a fuckin' 20 gauge would be a better choice. A handgun would be a better choice.
I think it also depends what you are used to. Many former MIL guys prefer rifles due to muscle memory. Handguns are easier to handle indoors for most people i would guess.

Subsonic to reduce noise? I like the idea.
POTUS our troller in chief - kek
I think POTUS knows exactly what he is doing. Prodding the DS with a stick to let them know he knows everything and that they are going to pay a huge price for treason.
>Subsonic loads eliminate the instability of the bullet as it transitions from supersonic to sub-sonic. Not about noise.
Awesome info. Thanks Anon!
What do you think about drywall penetration for home defense? Is that a factor, or is it a matter of being accurate?
>also made for use with a silencer
Right -there are some very good youtube videos on the noise comparison with subsonic and higher velocity rounds using suppressors. Subsonic is really the only way to go (from the videos) if you want to obfuscate your location.
>Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but I want to make sure I don't kill a family member in the next room (or my neighbor). Shotguns are my choice for home defense. You're not your best at 2 AM so accuracy is not in your favor under such conditions.
Agreed anon. Karl and team from Tactical Rifleman did some good tests on drywall etc.
>Karl and TR are Muh niggas.
>Learn so much from them!
I love those guys! Did you see the one where he told the story when he was on the range warming up for a mission and "helped" a cook or clerk understand that crap mags can get you killed?
He took the guy's mag threw it out on the range and proceeded to kill the mag with his pistol. That story made me laugh so hard.
