The funny official stance right now is he heard gunshots, grabbed a weapon and came to help. So within that short time window the guy hears gun shots which are feint even on live vid, throws on a full set of camos, grabs a vehicle that looks identical to the shooters, grabs weapons and… oh geez… happens to crash the car only for that lady cop to nab him!
