Assume police start response at 2:08-2:10pm. Unusual so response would have been active vehicles and undercovers followed by every single able body with a weapon at the stations (not mapped if anyone wants to update map)

Perp dropped weapon and ran, Attendee picked up and chased him to car and beat on back window as he sped away.

Assuming call was made within 2-3 min of shooting (reports indicate first call was made almost right away).
7 min police estimate for time to travel to Linwood mosque, perhaps 6 given speed of vehicle in video and not stopping to long at any lights.

Linwood Mosque attack: 2:21-2:27or2:30 approx.
Reports say perp did not enter bldg.
Estimate there for less than 10 min. First attack was 11 min, so 2nd est to 6-10min.
Purple arrow: Est using largest thoroughfares. 12-20 min is a very long time to drive around for such a short distance, so it's very possible perp could have been taking side roads during this period.

So there you have it.
The High School was the other location that had a massive police presence, but apparently the people arrested there have been released with one being charged for having a weapon.
