Because that's how Liars operate. They say something is going to happen very soon over the next couple weeks. He's going to claim to have proof that Trump is being framed in order to get everybody talking about how Trump was framed. Because some people will accept it as fact just by him saying that… and then he won't ever get around to publishing anything because you will have already etched it into your head as fact. Or if he publishes anything it won't prove shit. It's called muddying the waters. You throw as much manure out there as possible so people don't know what to believe or what not to believe.
