never watched the nick cruz arraignment until just now, it came on on autoplay after a NZ vid.

it got me thinking:

how is a judge chosen for something like that? asking for a fren because she's dumber than a box of dicks. check out right around 25 min mark where she really shines. I honestly can't believe they would let her handle such a high profile trial. right after you'll see that nick notices too. interesting response on his part.
