Look at the first image, now look at the happy merchant's face, not compare it to art style of the rest of the image, does it really line up with everything else? What about the text used in the first image and the second one, does that line up or does that look like maybe it was pasted in? So we can established that the art style of the image does not match in certain spots and the font does not line up, what could possibly do this? Maybe a photo editing software…. but what? What would someone use to produce quality edited pictures? A simple good search for "photo editing software" and the first thing that appears is "Adobe Photoshop" which allows you to edit and alter images. Could this be used to do what was done? Maybe.
