Police est call at 1:46-1:48. Est time to catch 36 min. Est time suspect arrested - 2:21-2:23pm.

6 min mark leaves car and enters Mosque property. Time 1:45-1:50pm.
Assume police start response at 1:46- 1:52pm. Unusual event, so response would have been active vehicles and undercovers followed by every single able body with a weapon at the stations (not mapped if anyone wants to update map)
