I mean, we have a pretty good Bill of Rights that applies to everyone, not just the govt, but bits of that seem to be getting thrown out the window on a regular basis when it suits.

I thought this meme was an interesting comparison to help anons understand why this is such a big deal to us. We've had mass shootings before, but this one is an extra dimension that is new to us. Kind of like a 9/11 event if scaled per capita.

There is just no way it is fake. Anons can theorise all they like but NZ is just too small to pull that off. Not just geographically, all it takes is one person to see the "wrong" thing and they'll tell two people and so on and within 10 minutes the whole country would know.
