For those that can't quite place her, she is the official from Hawaii who signed off on BHO's fake birth certificate and then tragically was the sole victim of plane crash.

For those that have looked into this incident a bit deeper, they would have seen her taken out by a diver.

Most assumed it was a DS op to remove a pesky witness, but a question has always stayed with me: what if the diver was actually a white hat?
