Did Q intentionally plan to indict for espionage, out of any of the entire population of people who have been doing this, that the FIRST indictment unsealed by HUBER et al, to be military?

Theory: So that when DOJ /[Huber] starts indicting the cabal, fake news can't logically claim is a political attack from opposing 'party/class', right down to the bones and guts of humanity wrong 'in group/destroy'?
