The majority of the FBI cases prosecuted are setups.
There are videos on youtube with new "wall" in several places. Congress has tied Trump's hands. He's only been allowed to chose a design that's already in place somewhere on the border. So, the "wall" looks like very thick prison bars but was made much taller.
