Washington Senate Passes Bill to Keep Donald Trump Off 2020 Ballot Unless He Releases Five Years of His Tax Returns

 

Washington state senators approved a bill in a 28-21 vote this week that would require Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates to release five years of their tax returns otherwise they would be kept off the ballot.

 

The bill was then sent to the state’s House of Representatives, reported CBS.

 

Donald Trump refused to release his tax returns during the 2016 presidential election so the Democrats have been doing everything in their power to obtain his returns.

 

“Although releasing tax returns has been the norm for about the last 40 years in presidential elections, unfortunately we’ve seen that norm broken,” said bill sponsor Sen. Patty Kuderer, a Bellevue Democrat.

 

Washington’s Attorney General and Solicitor argued the bill is Constitutional (it’s not), however, it will definitely be challenged in court.

 

Republican state senators in Washington hit back against the Democrats who voted in favor of the bill.

 

“We’re on really risky ground when we’re trying to place conditions on a federal election,” said Senator Hans Zeiger, a Republican from Puyallup.

 

Although at least 25 other states have proposed similar bills, the US Supreme Court has held that in line with the Constitution, states cannot dictate qualifications of senators and representatives.

 

Democrats however are arguing the law is unclear on this issue because the Constitution does give the states the authority to set rules for how federal elections are conducted within the state.

 

Last month, the Democrat-controlled New Jersey State Senate passed a similar bill and it is sitting in the state’s General Assembly committee for a vote before it goes to Democrat Governor Phil Murphy’s desk for a decision.

 

This move by the New Jersey and Washington Senate is unconstitutional, but when have the Democrats ever cared about the rule of law and the US Constitution?

Militants Shell 4 Syrian Provinces, Ceasefire Violated - Russian MoD

 

Militants breached the truce regime in the Syrian provinces of Latakia, Hama, Idlib and Aleppo over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry’s Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria said on Sunday.

 

"Over the past day, terrorists attacked Haisa al-Sharqi, Dahar Abu Asad and Djubb al-Zarur in Latakia province, Al-Suqaylabiyah (two times) in Hama province, Dreiba, Sukkary, Umm al-Rdjim, al-Fhaila and Niha in Idlib province, Aleppo city (three times)", head of the center Maj. Gen. Viktor Kupchishin said at a briefing.

 

According to Kupchishin, ceasefire violations by militants were registered in 10 locations in the Idlib de-escalation zone over the past 24 hours.

 

Kupchishin recalled that the Syrian authorities continue to work on amnesty for those who evade from military service, including those among refugees and former members of illegal armed groups, adding that as for 16 March, in total 56,856 people were granted amnesty.

 

Kupchishin added that works to recover social infrastructure in Syria continue.

 

"As for 16 March 2019, 31,402 houses, 826 educational facilities and 147 medical centres has been recovered. Besides, 1,020.2km [635 miles] of roads have been repaired", he said.

 

Syria has been engulfed in an armed conflict since 2011. At the moment, the Syrian government forces continue military operations in several areas of the country to clear them from terrorists. The political resolution, rebuilding of the country and return of the refugees have come to the forefront in Syria.

New Zealand Shooter's Cartridges Disappear! Boom!

 

This is bizarre. I’ve tried to post this story several times. First my Vimeo video gets deleted then the file keeps getting corrupted.

 

Please get this information out EVERYWHERE! We now have proof that cannot be denied.

 

At least part of this New Zealand mass shooting was faked and we know this because we have footage showing the cartridges disappear as they are ejected. They don’t bounce off the sidewalk they’re just gone, like in a video game! I’ve watched all the footage and I could never see the brass on the ground in the Mosque but thought maybe the carpet made it hard to see.

 

However there is footage with him shooting down a sidewalk that is proves the whole thing stinks! I’m linking to the original video on Youtube also but I promise you that will be down by tomorrow!

 

Spread this everywhere patriots and tell everybody that even if this event was real that we never give up our guns. No matter what!

 

In fact, the more mass shootings, the more guns we buy and the more steadfast we become. We’re never giving up our guns no matter what the Fake News or traitors in our Congress or State pass.
