Photo looks like it is a pic of a video on a tv screen. Possibly from decades ago a vid from decades ago, if I judge the color range correctly.
Or if you have a different idea, what would explain that cross hatching under the flag, and the wavy striping in the sky in top right?
Also, looks like there is an airplane right under the flag near the sun.
