I would think that the gun manufacturers would dig deep through discovery, over this false flag bullshit! First, the Plaintiffs still have to establish liability, and in negligence actions, any criminal act unless reasoably foreseeable, breaks the chain of causation. Without causation, no negligence, gross or otherwise.
The next thing thwy have to prove is damages, which means they have to prove who died or sustained injuries. Insurance companies don't hand out money, easily.
If they succeed in getting a judgment at the state level, and it gets upheld on appeal, I would expect this case to go before the USSC.
