But the tweet is still only 3 more down.
Looks like twitter is “predicting” what you want to see, yet “forcing” those to the top when that algorithm isn’t available due to not attaching a log-in profile. So anyone randomly looking for POTUS tweets that doesn’t follow him on twitter, OR those that have more “demon-cratic” follows will see the “promoted” message???
